Barb has been teaching for 11 years, and has taught a K/1 combination class for the past two years at a small rural school in BC. She is currently enrolled in her first class in the Curriculum and Pedagogy Masters program through the University of Alberta, and she is enjoying the beginning of this new adventure in her life. Barb loves spending time with her family and running, biking, and swimming.

Tanya Hobbs is a Senior English and Art teacher at Golden Secondary School in Golden, B.C. She is currently enrolled in the Teacher-Librarian by Distance Learning program through the University of Alberta. She has been teaching for 12 years and is passionate about literacy in all forms.

Megan is an elementary school teacher at Saskatoon Public Schools in Saskatoon, SK. She has been teaching for 19 years. Next year she will step into the role of teacher-librarian. She is a wife and a mother to three boys. She loves snapping pictures and posting them on Instagram.

Cathy Paul is currently a student in the University of Alberta's Masters of Education program. She has been an educator for over 15, with a focus on early years and primary grades and a passion for teacher-librarianship. She is a wife and a mother to two children, and two precocious pugs.
